- EAGLE - Safe-anastomosis Programme in Colorectal Surgery - an international, multicentre, cluster-randomised service/improvement trial of the 'ESCP Safe-anastomosis Quality Improvement Intervention' to reduce anastomotic leakage after right hemicolectomy and ileocoecal resection. Any hospital or surgical department performing elective and/or emergency colorectal surgery can participate.
